Welcome to the spy24.io website (referred to as the “Site” or “Website”).

The content on this website is provided by Altercon Group s.r.o., with a registered address at Londynska 730/59, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha, Czech Republic, registration number 06746764 (referred to as “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “SPY24”).

By accessing and using the Website and/or SPY24 Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you have purchased SPY24 Software through a third-party online shop (third-party resellers), the terms of service applicable to your access to SPY24 Software can be found here.

The Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement, Refund Policy, Compatibility Policy, Cookie Policy, and Referral Program Terms & Conditions are integral parts of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (referred to as the “ToS”) outline the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of the Site, SPY24 software (referred to as the “Software”), and services provided by SPY24 (referred to collectively as “SPY24 Services”) made available through or in connection with the Site (referred to as the “Service”). These ToS establish the terms and conditions under which SPY24 grants you access to the Site and the SPY24 Services.


SPY24 software – a mobile application and/or computer program described on the Site. The SPY24 software consists of server and client parts. The server part can be accessed through the web interface on the Site. The client part is provided as a .apk file, which is installed on a target device running the Android operating system. For iOS target devices, there is no need to install any application on the target device for the Software to function. Information is collected, and features are executed with the assistance of the server part only by entering the target device’s iCloud login and password in the Control Panel.
Subscription – recurring payments for using the Software and/or receiving Services on a periodic basis.
Target devise – a smartphone, tablet, mobile phone, or similar device on which the client part of the Software is installed (for Android) or to which the Software is connected through the Control Panel (for iOS).
Payment information – User’s full name, email, credit/debit card data, and other information necessary for the payment of SPY24 Services.
Payment service provider – a financial institution that processes payments for SPY24 Services, with whom SPY24 has a payment processing agreement.
Lawful access to a target device – the user’s access to a target device owned by the user, as well as the availability of other legal grounds for collecting and processing information from the target device.
Cloud control – control of an account, application, and program executed with the assistance of cloud technologies without physically intervening in the target device’s operation or installing software.
mAssistance – a type of service provided by SPY24’s specialists, which can assist the user with remote installation, rooting, and jailbreaking of a target device.
Subscription month – a paid subscription period consisting of 28 calendar days. This only applies to 1-, 3-, and 6-month subscription plans. A 12-month subscription lasts one calendar year (366 days).

The Site and SPY24 Services may only be used in the following cases:
(i) For the purpose of parental control.
(ii) By users on their own devices.
The main objective of developing and providing the Software is to ensure the security of property and/or the life and health of children and wards.

To purchase and use the SPY24 Service, you are required to create an account on the Site by providing personal information such as your email address, billing information, and payment method. After account registration, we will only receive your ID and email details.

After registering an account and purchasing the SPY24 Service, you will receive a URL link to download the .apk file in your Control Panel. To synchronize the target device with your account, you need to click the link and download the .apk file onto the target device, install it, and provide the necessary permissions to activate the declared features. In the case of an iOS target device, you need to specify its iCloud login and password in the Control Panel for synchronization.

By providing your payment information when purchasing the Software, you acknowledge that SPY24 does not collect this information. It is the payment service provider that receives the payment details.

You are aware that SPY24 is not responsible for any third-party data leaks in databases or DNS servers.

You will not use the Site or SPY24 Service in violation of any laws that you are subject to. However, we are not responsible for the subsequent use of the SPY24 Software, as it is solely your responsibility.

You consent to reading the Compatibility Policy and checking the requirements of your target device according to the Compatibility Policy before placing an order on the Website.

You understand that, in most cases, you require physical access to the device to install the SPY24 Software.

You will follow all instructions and documentation provided by us on the Website.

You will not allow any third party to access your account or utilize the Software. If access to your account is granted to a third party deliberately, by mistake, or in any other way without your consent, you acknowledge that we are not responsible.

You will only install the Software on devices that you own.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or refuse SPY24 Services to anyone for any reason and without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

For activation of certain features of the Software, you may need to root (for Android) or jailbreak (for iOS) the target device. You agree that the root or jailbreak procedure of a target device is your sole responsibility, and you solely decide whether to perform it or not. You are aware of all the consequences that may arise from rooting or jailbreaking a target device and accept all associated risks and responsibilities. If you have purchased a subscription that provides features that can only be activated with root or jailbreak, and you decide not to root or jailbreak the target device after payment, it does not entitle you to a refund or a change in your subscription type. In this case, you may upgrade to another type of subscription after your current subscription period expires, which does not include the mentioned features.

You cannot root or jailbreak a target device using the SPY24 Software. You need to install third-party software to root or jailbreak the target device. You are aware and agree that we will not be able to, and we are not responsible for, any third-party software you use to root or jailbreak the target device, even if we assist in choosing such software.


To subscribe to the Service, you must place an order.

The Site offers several subscription plans, which depend on your device, the number of features you can choose, and the subscription period.

You are allowed to have multiple subscriptions under the same account.

You need

to purchase one subscription for each target device unless you have purchased a subscription that allows you to use the Service on multiple target devices simultaneously.

When placing an order, you must complete the Billing Information and Payment Method by providing your personal information.

Upon purchasing the Software, your login and password will be sent to your email so that you can access your Account/Control Panel.

We strongly advise you to download your private encryption key from the Control Panel or send it to the email indicated in your subscription. Please save or remember it in case you need to reset your password or restore access to your account and subscription(s).

If you lose your private key, you will not be able to reset your password or recover access to your Account or subscription(s), and we will be unable to assist you in recovering the access or data as we do not store or remember users’ private keys.

You may choose subscription plans of the following durations: 1, 3, 6, or 12 subscription months. A 12-month subscription consists of 366 calendar days.

You are aware that you may use the client part of the Software for more than one target device when purchasing a subscription plan, but you need to reinstall it from the current device to the new one unless you have purchased a subscription that allows simultaneous use on several target devices.

To avoid any disruptions, the subscription you selected will automatically be extended for a successive renewal period of the same duration and at the original, non-discounted price.

During a subscription payment, you can purchase additional services. The payment price and conditions depend on the chosen services.

You understand and agree that we are not liable for the consequences of services rendered. If the target device is harmed due to the services rendered, we will not be held liable.

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription plan. If you did not turn off automatic renewal, we might charge you for the future subscription payment even if the Software was temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. There will be a special button to cancel automatic renewal during the payment process on the Site. The renewal price for a new subscription period may vary from the initial subscription price due to the cancellation of any discounts. After your payment is successfully completed, we will send you a confirmation email indicating the initial and renewal prices. If you do not agree with the renewal price, you must cancel the automatic renewal in the Control Panel.

If you did not turn off automatic renewal, you will be charged for the next subscription period at the start of the next period. You can cancel a subscription through the Control Panel or with the assistance of our support team through Live Chat or email. You understand and confirm that if you forget to disable auto-renewal for the new subscription period, it will not be a reason for a refund. If you do not disable auto-renewal for your order, you will be charged for the next subscription period. To unsubscribe, you need to contact the support team.

You may never use another user’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs from your account and must keep your account password secure.

You may not share or transfer your account, and you may not disclose your password to anyone else.

You must notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account or if you believe that your account password may have been compromised.

  1. We shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account.
  2. Through your Account/Control Panel, you can interact with the SPY24 Services and modify the available settings.
  3. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your Account.
  4. You agree not to create or access an account using false identity or information or on behalf of someone other than yourself.
  5. You agree not to create an account or use the SPY24 Services if your Account has previously been removed by us or if you have previously been banned from the SPY24 Services.
  6. You have the right to deactivate any of your accounts at any time. To deactivate an account registered under your name, please follow the instructions provided on the Site.
  7. If you choose to terminate an account voluntarily or allow it to lapse, you can reactivate the account at any time through the Control Panel on the Site. However, accounts terminated by us for any type of abuse, including a violation of these Terms of Use (ToU), may not be reactivated under any circumstances. Upon termination or suspension of the SPY24 Services, the monitoring of all devices with the installed Software will cease. Any information you have submitted on the Site or related to your account may no longer be accessible to you.
  8. If you have forgotten your Account password, you can restore access using your private encryption key.
  9. We may offer and resell products (such as software, mobile applications, etc.) from third parties. You have the option to purchase them either with or separately from the main subscriptions. Terms and conditions, privacy policies, license agreements, etc., pertaining to the use of such third party products will be provided by the respective third parties. You can find this information through the links specified on the appropriate pages of the Website. Please note that SPY24 is not responsible for these third-party products, and your usage of such products is solely your own responsibility, even if we recommend them. If you have any questions about third-party products, their usage, installation problems, error fixing, etc., you should contact the appropriate provider. SPY24 does not provide assistance on how to install or use these products. However, you can obtain the necessary information from the respective provider. Upon request, we will provide you with urgent contact details. For billing and other financial matters, please contact us via email at [email protected] or through Live Chat. To acquire and install third-party products, please follow the instructions provided after making the payment. These instructions will be displayed on the Website and/or sent via email.


We strive to assist all our users and provide support for matters related to SPY24 Services through Live Chat or email. Our assistance via Live Chat and email is completely free for you.

Additionally, we offer Support Priority Line services through phone calls, which are available on a prepaid basis. Please note that Support Priority Line services via phone calls are billable. You can subscribe to the Support Priority Line service when purchasing any of our subscriptions on the checkout page. The Support Priority Line is a subscription-based service that automatically renews at the end of each 30-day billing cycle. To utilize the Support Priority Line, you can request a callback through the Control Panel, and we will call you back within 20 minutes.

On the checkout page, you have the option to order the mAssistance service when purchasing any type of subscription. The mAssistance service is a one-time prepayment service provided by SPY24 through phone and/or specific remote access software, limited to one target device only. If you lose the target device or if the target device or SPY24 application is damaged as a result of rooting or jailbreaking, or for any other reason that requires repeated rooting/jailbreaking/installing, you will need to make an additional payment for the mAssistance service (one mAssistance service per rooting/jailbreaking/installing session). After the rooting session, our Customers are provided with a 2-month guarantee and 24/7 support from our Advanced technicians via live chat to ensure the smooth operation of SPY24. Please note that the success of the rooting session depends on the specific model of the device. For a successful rooting session, we require (i) a Windows PC; (ii) a stable internet connection; (iii) at least 2 hours of physical access to the target device (duration depends on the device model and internet speed); (iv) at least 20Mb/s internet speed. For successful remote installation/reinstallation sessions, we require (i) a target device with the screen unlocked; (ii) at least 10 minutes of physical access; (iii) a stable internet connection. During the rooting session, certain data may be required, such as the PIN code, screen unlock password, linked Google account credentials, and Wi-Fi password.

We provide Support Services in English, Turkish, French, and Portuguese only. Not knowing any of these languages is not a valid reason for a refund.


All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis, meaning that payment must be received before any billable product or service is provided and/or activated. You are required to keep valid credit/debit cards on file to charge for recurring monthly subscription fees and one-time or multi-pay consulting fees.

Your subscription is not based on your usage of the software but instead on the availability of SPY24 Services. If you wish to install the software on additional devices, you need to purchase additional subscriptions.

It is your responsibility to keep your credit/debit card details and contact information up to date while using SPY24 Services. We recommend periodically checking your account profile within SPY24 Services to ensure that the information is current.

Auto Upgrade is enabled by default. After making a payment for a subscription, you will receive a payment notification from us. All receipts are available upon request. The cost of SPY24 Services is included in the subscription price, but additional costs may apply in certain cases. We charge additional costs for technical assistance related to software installation and for the Support Priority Line service.

We accept payments via all major debit/credit cards. Payments made by other means, such as checks or wire transfers, require explicit written consent, which will be given at our sole discretion. To make a payment,

you need to provide your Payment Information (card number, CVV code, expiry date) and choose the appropriate payment method.


Recurring Billing Procedure: We will charge you at the beginning of each billing period (the “payment date”). For your convenience, we will automatically charge your credit/debit card for subscription payment terms according to the duration of your subscription plan (1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription, depending on your subscription plan).

If your card on file is declined for any reason, we will attempt to re-run the charge up to five (5) more times within the following thirty (30) days. If we are unable to successfully charge your card within the specified time frame, your account will be canceled.

Insufficient funds: In the event that there are insufficient funds in your account or on your cards, we reserve the right to offer you a discount on any purchase and charge the subscription payment at a discounted price. This applies to the initial payment, subscription renewal, or upgrade, including renewals and upgrades done through the Control Panel.

6.3.1. If we attempt to charge your payment and there are insufficient funds on your card, we may provide you with a 25% discount, and you will be charged only 75% of the subscription price. If, even after the 25% discount, there are still insufficient funds on your card, we may offer you a 50% discount, and you will be charged only 50% of the subscription price. If we are unable to charge funds from your card even with the specified discounts, your account will be canceled.

6.3.2. If we successfully charge funds from your card at the discounted price (75% or 50%), SPY24 software will be provided to you for a subscription period proportionate to the applied discount (75% or 50% of the chosen subscription period, respectively).

6.3.3. If you obtained a discount as part of our marketing promotions, which entitles you to purchase the SPY24 software at a discounted price, and at the time of purchase, there are insufficient funds in your accounts/cards, we reserve the right to provide you with an additional discount and charge the subscription payment in accordance with clauses 6.3.1 and 6.3.2 of these Terms of Use.


The Software may only be used in accordance with the Service End User License Agreement, as well as any rules, restrictions, or documentation provided by us from time to time.

You understand that we, at our sole discretion, may suspend or terminate any license and disable the functionality of the Software at any time and for any reason. In such cases, any information you may have accessed through the Software will become unavailable without prior notice.

We reserve the right to add or remove features or functions to the Software at any time, at our sole discretion.

You may use the basic features package on a device without jailbreak (iOS) or rooting (Android). If you want access to premium features in other packages, you may need to jailbreak (iOS) or root (Android) the device, which is a legal procedure according to applicable laws. Jailbreaking and rooting are deemed lawful in specific cases under the exemptions adopted to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by the Librarian of Congress.

If your device was unlinked from the Software due to an update of your device’s operating system, you might contact customer service at [email protected] to link it again. Please note that linking your device again is done at your own risk, and you may void the warranty for your device’s operating system.

By using our Site and/or the SPY24 Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as the End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Compatibility Policy, and Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

We may revise these Terms of Use, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Compatibility Policy, and Referral Program Terms & Conditions at any time without notice, and the updated versions will be available on the Site.

If at any point you do not agree to any portion of these Terms of Use, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Compatibility Policy, and Referral Program Terms & Conditions, you should immediately cease using the Site and/or SPY24 Services.


We prioritize the integrity and security of your personal information.

By placing an order for the Product, you acknowledge and willingly provide your personal information to SPY24 and the Payment Provider.

We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information related to the SPY24 Service. You have the option to unsubscribe from these communications.

Please read our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we process and securely store personal data.

You agree to retain the private encryption key provided by us.

We cannot collect or store exported logs and data from a target device using the Software if (i) the data is older than three months or (ii) your account has expired.

Upon the expiry of your account, all logs and data exported from a target device using the Software will be deleted within one month. However, we may choose to retain your account even if you don’t use it, considering our legitimate interests and your convenience.

We do not control, monitor, or have knowledge of how users exploit the Software application. We cannot be held responsible for any inappropriate use of the software. The use of the Software is at the user’s own risk and responsibility.

You acknowledge that we do not encourage users to exploit the SPY24 Services illegally.


When placing an order for the Software, you acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

When installing the Software on a device, you acknowledge and agree that (i) you are the parent of a minor child or guardian of a ward or (ii) you are the owner of the device.


You are aware that before subscribing or installing the Software, you must carefully read the Compatibility Policy.

You are responsible for checking the compatibility requirements of your target device before installing the Software.

If your device does not meet the Compatibility Policy, you may not install and use the Software application.

If you fail to comply with the Compatibility Policy before acquiring the subscription or installation, you agree that it is your responsibility, and you will not be refunded.

If your device is compatible according to the Compatibility Policy, you may need to jailbreak (iOS) or root (Android) your device to use the Software.


To improve the SPY24 Services and fix errors, we may update the Software application from time to time.

We may update the Software with or without notifying you.

We may request you to update the Software application on a target device via email or the Control Panel.

We are not liable for any damage or harm caused to a target device due to a software update.


We offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the Software, subject to certain conditions. Eligibility for a refund may depend on factors such as the Product package, subscription plan, and the time elapsed since the transaction. Please review our Refund Policy for more details before using SPY24 Services.


Trademarks: SPY24’s logo is a trademark/service mark protected by applicable trademark laws and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of SPY24’s trademark, service mark, or logo is a violation of these laws.

Copyright: The Site, Service, and Software are protected by applicable laws and international copyright laws. All intellectual property rights in the design, layout, and material published on this website belong to SPY24 or its licensors. You may only print or download pages from this website for personal and non-commercial use.

We do not guarantee that you will be able to access or use the site and/or service at your preferred times or locations, that the site or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPY24, its affiliates, licensors, and business partners (collectively, the “Related Parties”) disclaim all liability, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. They further disclaim all losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or connected with access to or use of the site, the software, and/or the service, even if we and/or the Related Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no case shall the liability of SPY24 or any of the Related Parties exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid to us or our designees during the six (6) months prior to the cause of action arising.

Note: The applicability of the above limitation of liability may vary depending on your jurisdiction’s laws.

SPY24’s responsibility is not engaged if users unlawfully and with unlawful aims use the software and/or site. The software and/or services are developed solely for security purposes and cannot be used to violate the rights, freedoms, and interests of third parties. SPY24 does not know and cannot know how users use the software and/or services. If you become aware that the software and/or services are being used or have been used unlawfully, you can notify us, and we will make the best efforts to stop the unlawful use of the software and/or services.

SPY24 is not responsible for the use of third-party products purchased on the website (except for payment issues). For any claims and requests regarding the use, installation, error fixing, removal, re-installation, access, etc., you should contact the providers of such products.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SPY24 and the Related Parties harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, or other losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from your use of the site, the software, and/or the service or any breach by you of these ToU or any other policies that we may issue for the site, the software, and/or the service from time to time.


We may assign these ToU, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time, with or without your consent.

You may not assign the ToU without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.


If any part of these ToU is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the ToU shall be given full force and effect.

Failure or delay by SPY24 to enforce compliance with the ToU does not constitute a waiver of these ToU.

The express waiver by SPY24 of any provision, condition, or requirement of these ToU shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition, or requirement.

All notices given by you or required under this ToU shall be written and addressed to:

3) [email protected] – for personal data and privacy matters (Data Protection Officer).

All policies and other documents placed on the site are integral parts of these ToU.

The service may be terminated upon the expiration of the subscription.

We reserve the right to deny service to any user at our sole and absolute discretion.

The SPY24 Services are offered with the understanding that we may terminate any subscription and/or your access to the SPY24 Services at any time for any appropriate reason, including any violation of these ToU.

We may stop offering and/or supporting the SPY24 Services at any time.

We reserve the right to deny service to or terminate the service of any user, including a user who attempts to monitor the device of an individual who has not provided their consent. In such a case, we reserve the right to block all accounts associated with such potentially violating users.

These ToU describe certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your state or country. These ToU do not change your rights under the laws of your state or country.

These ToU are regulated by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes should be resolved by the appropriate courts of the Czech Republic.

If the laws of your state or country do not permit you to use the Software application in its entirety or some of its features, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility.

The original, legally binding version of this document is written in English. Translations of this document into other languages are provided for the convenience of non-English-speaking users. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and a translated version, the English version supersedes the translated version.
